Outta.Website, formerly NoviceNotes.net / WordPressCenter.net (est. 2006), features long‑form reflections on web technology, programming, and music. Jeffrey has been active in music performance, recording, and production, including serving as lead guitarist for the Penn State–based band sOna and later for the alternative hard‑rock band E‑Nation.

He has also taught guitar and music theory—particularly in the State College, PA area—working with students of all ages. His work as a music educator remains one of his most meaningful achievements. He has contributed to the local music community by promoting regional artists and hosting events such as Skellerpalooza, an open‑mic night supporting touring bands.
